We all share a responsibility to adhere to Celestica's Business Conduct Governance Policy (BCG) and to ensure that our ethics and integrity are never called into question. It is everyone’s responsibility to report behaviour or actions that conflict with our ethical standards. Being aware of and investigating any reported violations is very important to Celestica and we are counting on you to keep us informed should you become aware of any relevant issues.

In order to provide our employees with a safe, anonymous and intuitive method for reporting their concerns, we have, partnered with EthicsPoint, a world-class, independent company that specializes in handling confidential reporting of workplace and ethical issues and concerns. You can report any violations by either calling the Celestica Ethics Line, using a local toll-free number or by submitting a report on our Internet website. All reported information will be kept confidential and will be addressed in a timely manner. Celestica will not retaliate against anyone who reports on a violation of the BCG.

While the Celestica Ethics Line is available to everyone, we encourage you to communicate all matters unrelated to the BCG through the appropriate channels at your location, unless of course you do not feel comfortable doing so. This includes your direct supervisor (if appropriate), site Human Resources Management or site Security Management.
